What is NOPE?

Who are we looking for?
A Digital Project Lead who runs our digital design projects from the very start until the very end (and beyond) - makes all the preparations, analyses business and design needs, coordinates the project with clients and the design team, wraps up the project and supports the client after, keeping great company-client relationships.

What do we expect from you?

✺
Previous experience in leading digital design projects, preferably in an agency or private sector.
✺
Knowledge of the specifics of digital projects (project lifecycle, handoff, support, etc.).
✺
You have great analytical skills and the ability to see the big picture.
✺
You have excellent Estonian and English skills, both written and verbal.
✺
You are proactive, and bold and have great presentation skills.
✺
You are honest, curious, self-driven and goal-oriented.
✺
You are a team player with a people-first mindset. You are helpful, and proactive and constantly want to improve team life. 
✺
Plus points if you: know the basics of the web development project cycle, and have previous experience with the public sector.
